Daria Iourtchenko is an Associate Attorney at California Employment Counsel, APC.
Daria lived in Vancouver, Canada for 15 years before moving to the United States. She is a daughter of Russian immigrants from Siberia, who worked relentlessly to pursue the American Dream. Daria saw the opportunities that education and hard work would provide, and it was through this exposure that she knew she wanted to become an attorney to advocate for those facing hardships. Daria understands that everyone has a story and her first priority is listening to her clients to understand how to better understand and serve their needs.
Daria obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from University of Southern California and her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law with magna cum laude honors. During law school, Daria interned for a pro bono clinic and later served as a Law Clerk with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office in the Gang and Homicide Unit.
Daria’s current practice is dedicated to representing victims of sexual or other illegal harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination in the workplace.
Outside of the office, Daria enjoys hiking, running, watching sports, gaming, volunteering with animal rescue groups, and spending time with her family.
