Ms. Jarvis

Ms. Jarvis is an experienced trial attorney who has been representing clients at hearings and in trials for 20 years. Vanessa has tried cases representing both plaintiff and defendant in state court, federal court, as well as before numerous state agencies. Ms. Jarvis also has experience handling appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has several reported cases.

Over the years, Ms. Jarvis has honed her skills as a zealous advocate for her clients. She has experience in many subject areas including personal injury, product liability/toxic tort, employment law, special education, civil rights and federal appeals.

She has experience handling a wide variety of employment related matters including representing workers before the California Labor Board in wage and hour matters, representing clients in whistleblower actions, Title VII race discrimination cases in Federal court, as well as cases involving the violation of rights under the Family Medical Leave Act.

Ms. Jarvis obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from UCLA and her law degree from Western State College of Law.
